1 x 90-Minute Deep-Dive 1:1 Coaching Session

We begin with a longer, personalised session which will be the foundation for the month ahead, introducing manifestation techniques and tools to utilise daily. Together, we'll explore your current situation, your vision, your beliefs, your emotional and energetic alignment and any doubts or patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We will set a powerful intention for your personalised coaching focus for the month.

3 x 30-Minute Weekly Coaching Sessions

These shorter weekly sessions give you the space and support to keep your momentum going. We'll celebrate your progress, set new intentions for the week ahead and make sure you remain connected and aligned with your vision. Rather than trying to do everything in one session, we allow the work to unfold naturally over the month.
